Clarity Wines referred to as ‘Clarity Wines’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ are the Data Controllers. At Clarity Wines, we want to make it easy to understand what we do with your information. You are the Data Subject, which means the information we collect may identify you as an individual.

We collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order with us, contact us with a query, sign up to receive our newsletter, or contact us for another specific purpose. We only collect information needed to provide the service you want. This data would generally consist of:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and payment details in some cases.

For us to keep this information, we need a lawful basis. The legal basis we rely on is ‘Contract’. An example of this is when you register and place an order with us, we will process your personal information in order to provide our service to you.

You can contact us at any time and request the information we hold about you. We will provide this in the first instance free of charge and within 4 weeks of verifying your identification. If you are not known to us, we will request a photographic ID and proof of address. We have developed a request form to make this as simple as possible for you. Please ask us for a form, and we will send one to you.
